Pediatric Pulse™

Pediatric patients suffer from pressure injuries just like older patients, and certain pediatric populations — ECMO, preemies and neonates, burn patients and more — are at an even greater risk for skin breakdown due to mobility, sensory perception, friction/shear and moisture. However, most PI prevention mattresses for adults are not designed to accommodate pediatric patients. Pediatric Pulse provides effective pressure injury prevention and treatment for patients as small as 1.6 pounds.
