Agiliti, Inc. collects the following personal information (PI) and sensitive personal information categories to support its business operations as listed in the business purpose section below. Personal Information does not include information excluded from CCPA’s scope. - Identifying information, such as your full name, gender, and signature.
- Contact information, such as your telephone numbers and email addresses.
- California Customer Records Personal Information Categories, such as signature, telephone number, and other personal information which overlaps with other categories.
- Commercial Information, such as business name, and transaction and contact information.
- Non-Public Education Information, such as your Agiliti University webinar completion certificates.
- Professional or Employment details, such as your job title and position.
- Internet or other similar network activity, such as your search history, browsing history, login information, and IP addresses. Sensitive personal information is a subtype of personal information consisting of specific information categories. While we collect information that falls within the sensitive personal information categories listed in the categories above, the CCPA does not treat this information as sensitive because we do not collect or use it to infer characteristics about a person.

We store your personal information (including sensitive personal information) for different time periods depending on the category of personal information and in accordance with applicable accounting and record retention laws. We strive to keep personal information for no longer than as needed to achieve the purpose for which it collected and to comply with applicable accounting and record retention laws. To determine how long we will retain your personal information we consider a number of factors like the category, how the personal information relates to our need to provide the services to you, and what our legal and accounting obligations are to retain the personal information.
SHARING OF INFORMATION:
We will not sell the Personal Information, including any sensitive personal information, we collect or share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
