Our sales team members strive to help hospital decision-makers across the country navigate a changing and dynamic healthcare environment. Sales team members are responsible for both cultivating existing revenue streams and identifying and acting upon new opportunities to achieve key growth objectives, using the challenger sales methodology. As a member of our sales team, you earn the chance of winning a coveted spot in our annual, all expenses paid President’s Circle trip – awarded to our top 10% of sales performers. Past destinations included Greece, Peru (Machu Picchu) and Puerto Rico.
Account Executive and Account Manager
Whether working with one or two accounts, or covering an entire territory, Account Managers and Account Executives serve as Agiliti sales generalists. They have a firm understanding of our organization’s full breadth of services and use their knowledge about their customers’ pain points to uncover opportunities wherever they exist within the customer facility - Clinical, Supply Chain, Surgical, Reprocessing or Clinical Engineering.
Our speciality sales team members are experts in their given field of specialty - Clinical Engineering, Imaging, Surgical or Clinical. Often having an in-depth background in their area of sales, they work closely with their customer contacts and with the Agiliti Account Executives and Account Managers to help ensure the right solution is pushed forward.
